Thinking Partnerships

Bleeker Thinking Partners, our name for executive coaches, work with leaders to discover their unique style and capabilities. Thinking Partners support the effectiveness and engagement of leaders and their teams by growing their Collaborative Intelligence, the ability to think with those who think differently. Starting with exploring Mind Patterns and Thinking Talents, Thinking Partner sessions support leaders with decision making, managing through conflict, understanding and addressing bias, managing both up and down, and career strategy and tactics.

Collaborative Intelligence

The measure of your ability to think with those who think differently on behalf of what matters to us all. To access collaborative intelligence we must learn to dignify the differences in how we think and use them to face complex challenges. During this session, we uncover how attendees can leverage mind patterns and thinking talents to think well with anyone.

Maximizing Team Performance

The unique way we focus our attention informs how we communicate and relate with others. Enhanced understanding allows us to better connect, build trust, and interrupt and challenge our narrative and biases. Over the course of this 60-minute workshop, we’ll introduce your team to the principles that will help individuals and groups contribute to improved team performance.

Unlocking Team Energy

Our innate and energetic approach to problem solving; understanding what lights us up and what burns us out. Over the course of this 60-minute workshop, we’ll introduce your team to the principles that will help individuals and groups unlock your team’s optimum energy!

Unbeatable Team Dynamics
