What does Bleeker do?
Bleeker surrounds BIPOC and underrepresented professionals with the essential resources to build a meaningful career. Our talent-first platform advances historically marginalized groups by providing them with the resources to meaningfully grow, advance their careers, and expand their optionality. For our corporate partners, we know it can be challenging to find the best talent, and it can be even more challenging when prioritizing diversity in a system built with inherent biases. We work with teams to build inclusive workplaces that attract and retain top talent and diverse workforces through personalized talent placements and other career-building resources for underrepresented talent like coaching, mentorship, and community.

Establishing this degree of career control is hard for most professionals; it’s exceptionally hard for professionals from historically marginalized groups. What’s required to move into the driver’s seat of your career is gaining consistent access to excellent advice, mentorship, coaching, and job opportunities. Once you’re in the driver’s seat - and you understand where you want to go and how you want to get there - the sky’s the limit.

We built Bleeker to address the systemic issues which have kept underrepresented groups from opportunity, but allies are always welcome to join our community.
