Paolo Gaudiano is Founder & CEO of Aleria PBC, and Executive Director of Quantitative Studies of Diversity and Inclusion (QSDI) at the City College of New York. Aleria and QSDI combine Paolo’s three decades of expertise in business, technology, and academia to revolutionize how corporations think about diversity and what they do about it – and ultimately to make our society more inclusive. Paolo is a Forbes contributor and has written for and been interviewed by a number of other media outlets, including HBR, Quartz, the Dow Jones’s SectorWatch and the CBC. He holds degrees in Applied Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering and Computational Neuroscience. He was a tenured faculty member at Boston University and has also taught at Tufts University and CCNY.
ImpactPaolo recently organized a conference on Diversity & Inclusion research that featured nearly 50 speakers including the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the U.S. Navy, the CEO of global PR agency Porter Novelli, several deans, provosts and presidents from colleges within the CUNY school system, an editor-at-large of Inc., and many more. Of these, 28 were people of color and 27 were women - proving that it is possible to organize truly diverse events.
