Melanie joined Dig Inn in 2014, where she was Head of Brand & Marketing and subsequently Creative Director for three years. In 2017, she joined the quickly growing Glossier team as Head of Retail and Offline Experience, leading the brand's non-digital expansion efforts by creating human-centered offline experiences.
ImpactMelanie's biggest accomplishment to date is leading the 360 rebrand of Dig Inn - messaging, communication, store design, branding, digital presence, paid advertising, and offline marketing. Her primary goal was to ensure that new customers in new and existing markets would develop the same affinity for the brand as NYC-based loyalists did. Melanie considered it a once in a lifetime opportunity and had a tremendous amount of fun, effectively strengthening a brand that already had a lot of meaning and soul.
