Jen founded MINDFRESH in 2014 to bring peace to the office in the digital age. She believes that peace is an inside job, and it also happens to be the root cause of all the qualities we need to be successful. We feel most creative, confident, and composed when we’re at peace. Before launching MINDFRESH, Jen launched Pandora Internet Radio's New York office and oversaw sales for the east coast. Following the IPO, she spent years studying yoga, philosophy, and meditation in New York and India with 800 hours of formal training and an advanced certification in the Jivamukti method. Jen has spoken on the value of bringing mindfulness into our work at Columbia Business School, SXSW, The New York Times, Chanel and L'Oreal. She's also grateful to be helping innovative brands like YOTEL, West Elm, Leesa Mattress, and The Assemblage introduce mindfulness to their audience / customers through original content creation.
ImpactMINDFRESH now counts over 50 teachers across the globe trained in their approach. Collectively, team MINDFRESH is responsible for over 22,000 moments of presence at the world’s most dynamic companies including L’Oreal, Saks Fifth Avenue, Pinterest, Columbia Business School, Chanel, Yahoo!, Fried Frank, and Estee Lauder.
