Getting her start at some of New York City's top lifestyle Public Relations firms, Abigail Opiah became known among her peers as a Publicist focused on delivering tangible results. In 2012 she established herself as an independent PR strategist taking on a dynamic range of projects for globally recognized brands in the consumer lifestyle space.
ImpactAbigail is now working to shake up the status quo within the beauty industry by making sure Black women are better served and celebrated. In 2013 she joined her sister, Antonia Opiah to launch UN-RULY—an online beauty platform dedicated to Black hair and women. That same year the sisters made their mark with the widely buzzed-about public art exhibit and documentary film, You Can Touch My Hair. In 2016 Abigail, along with her sister, expanded their beauty and lifestyle brand by introducing Yeluchi By UN-RULY—an at-home beauty service for women of color. A niche within the on-demand space that has long been overlooked.
